Black Birds Bath

I know that when you think of birds, many people think of colorful ones or the typical bird that seems to hide in the pipes of everyone's house or on the roof.
What I thought was interesting is what I saw when I looked out my window one day. Now mind you, this is still the winter season when it is cold, but the snow was starting to melt. That doesn't mean that the temperature has risen to a comfortable one.

The black birds are very cool, and there beaks are yellow. :p

The birds are actually taking a bath in the water that has come from the melting of the snow. It is time for a bath. It is very interesting to see how they each clean themselves off with the icy cold water and that they can fit there little feet in the deepest part of the puddle. You can see that the one on the bottom of the small pond is ruffling his feathers to clean off himself.

I could not get the best pictures, but in this one you can see the yellow beaks of the birds. The ones near the top of the picture the water is helping to show the color and size of the birds beak. It is very cool, for me, to see how dark of a shade these birds are when you see them in the water. As well as the color of their beaks makes them stand out.

Birds are a mysterious thing sometimes. Many people own different types of birds, others just look at them through them window or they get bird feeders and become bird watchers themselves. The way the small amount of light and the water that the birds were in showed the color of the birds and the shape of their beaks.

I love to watch birds fly through the air and they don't have a care in the world. All they have to do is survive and live a life of a bird. What would we do if we could be like that?
Some of us might go crazy, others may like the idea of not worrying about anything but to survive.

What would you do if you had a day to do whatever you wanted and not worry about anything at all?
