Cupcakes in spring

So my sister and my mom decided to make cupcakes recently. No idea why and I'm not complaining ;) It gave me an idea to create another blog post and I have been in the mood to take some pictures but didn't know what to photograph. It's hard when everything is the same and the weather hasn't been that great. But it's slowly getting better.

Spring is here!


Here are some pictures of the cupcakes that they have made...

These are all the little cupcakes. Well the start of them. I love the ones with chocolate and vanilla icing swirl on top. 

The way the icing comes to a point at the top, and with the dinosaur sprinkles, it looks like you want to have a bunch of little ones. The sun brings out the chocolate icing too. 

I thought this would be different and yes there are just a few large cupcakes as well. It shows the ending of the lines in the 'X'. 

You just have to have a heart in making deserts. That's what makes it taste so great. 

If you move the camera to a different angle, you will get a different perspective of whatever it is you are taking a picture of. This one shows the tips of the icing in all of the cupcakes in the middle of the hearts and the sprinkles on each one. 



This may be something different from what I would normally put up, but hey, different can be a good thing. And I just love cupcakes too :) 

I hope you all find something to photograph as the seasons change and new things begin to grow and show there colors again.

Even though I may be a writer, I love photography as well. I like how some pictures are at an angle, may be black and white with only one color showing, or seeing rain falling down on your window. But one thing that many people look at, especially if they are with someone special, is flowers. I take pictures when I can, and whenever I see one, I take a snapshot of it. No picture is 100 % perfect, but to me there is always potential in a picture.     In this photo you can clearly tell that your focus is more on the rose itself while the stem and its leaves are blurred out into the background. This is what I think seems very cool because you can pay more attention to the detail in the rose, but you can't help but wonder what-or where-the green stem is coming from.     Even in a black and white photo, it is still beautiful. Your eye travels to many different points in the picture and you can tell that-in the photo-these flowers are a part of something big...

Sky at 6:30 AM

 It is hard for anyone to wake up at six in the morning. Some people are used to it. Two days out of the week I do because I have to get ready for school. This is what you are missing if you do not wake up early.      This picture you can see how the sun brings out the clouds and the details in them. The different shades of blue are really cool because you can see the different textures of the clouds as well.   The sun behind the clouds brings out the smaller clouds that people do not always see. You can also see the clouds in more detail in the distance as well.   This is the all around view of what the sky looks like. You can see different shapes in the clouds as well as how one cluster of clouds are forming a shape and it looks like a sink hole but its the opposite.        You may not want to wake up at six in the morning (neither do I), but it is beautiful to see what the sky looks like. The Flower Life

Yes, I like flowers and taking pictures of them. I have not posted anything in a while because I have been busy and I'm working on my books. But that is not why I am creating this post for you today. A flower has many different forms and shades when it is growing and when they begin to die. All the way to when they fall to the ground. These pictures that I am going to show you are a little bit different then what I have originally shown in the past.   I love this picture. It shows how the petals of the flower start to come undone and it gives you more to see when it comes to the inside petals of the flower. It is very cool. You can even see the middle of the flower and how the shading gives off the depth of how big the flower really is.      The picture to the left is of a flower that is beginning to die but it is taking on a different approach of the situation.
