Wonderful Windy day

Good morning everyone,


The day that it pours and later on in the day it becomes windy-but a nice breeze kind of thing-is when the sky opens up and you can see something that you would normally see in the fall or on a windy summer day.

I could not help myself to take a few pictures of what the sky looked like. It was very cool and even the birds were enjoying the end of a rain storm. It was just amazing.



The clouds look like something that you can paint on a canvas. The wind makes them separate and move off to show you the open sky. Just like putting ripped up pieces on cotton balls on a blue sheet of paper. 


This is the same, but you get more of a feel of how big the clouds really are. There is even a small black bird towards the bottom of the picture. 


Of course I had to add the sun into the mix. The clouds bring out the brightness of the large star and you can see how puffy the clouds can be at the top. It is very pretty. 


This was a day that went from hot and rainy to a perfect windy and relaxing afternoon. I hope that you can get a day like this and enjoy what nature brings to the world. It may not be what we always want, but the little things and what it surprises us with is truly amazing.



Enjoy your day, and remember when you do photograph, you are doing it to show others, or yourself that there is happiness and peaceful places in the world. Sometimes you have to just look hard enough.

Even though I may be a writer, I love photography as well. I like how some pictures are at an angle, may be black and white with only one color showing, or seeing rain falling down on your window. But one thing that many people look at, especially if they are with someone special, is flowers. I take pictures when I can, and whenever I see one, I take a snapshot of it. No picture is 100 % perfect, but to me there is always potential in a picture.     In this photo you can clearly tell that your focus is more on the rose itself while the stem and its leaves are blurred out into the background. This is what I think seems very cool because you can pay more attention to the detail in the rose, but you can't help but wonder what-or where-the green stem is coming from.     Even in a black and white photo, it is still beautiful. Sky at 6:30 AM

 It is hard for anyone to wake up at six in the morning. Some people are used to it. Two days out of the week I do because I have to get ready for school. This is what you are missing if you do not wake up early.      This picture you can see how the sun brings out the clouds and the details in them. The different shades of blue are really cool because you can see the different textures of the clouds as well.   The sun behind the clouds brings out the smaller clouds that people do not always see. You can also see the clouds in more detail in the distance as well.   This is the all around view of what the sky looks like. You can see different shapes in the clouds as well as how one cluster of clouds are forming a shape and it looks like a sink hole but its the opposite.        You may not want to wake up at six in the morning (neither do I), but it is beautiful to see what the sky looks like. The Flower Life

Yes, I like flowers and taking pictures of them. I have not posted anything in a while because I have been busy and I'm working on my books. But that is not why I am creating this post for you today. A flower has many different forms and shades when it is growing and when they begin to die. All the way to when they fall to the ground. These pictures that I am going to show you are a little bit different then what I have originally shown in the past.   I love this picture. It shows how the petals of the flower start to come undone and it gives you more to see when it comes to the inside petals of the flower. It is very cool. You can even see the middle of the flower and how the shading gives off the depth of how big the flower really is.      The picture to the left is of a flower that is beginning to die but it is taking on a different approach of the situation.
